How Future Founders works

  1. 1

    Teach entrepreneurship

Ready-to-teach lessons from Year 3 to Year 6.

  2. 2

    Develop an idea

Students spot problems and shape their own business ideas.

  3. 3

    Pitch it

Year 6 teams present their business in school, using slides or a display.

  4. 4

    Compete

School champions go forward to the UAE Grand Final.

More than lessons. Something to work towards.

Students don't just learn about entrepreneurship. They put it into practice, developing ideas, creating their pitch and competing for the opportunity to represent their school at the Future Founders UAE Grand Final.

Judged on the business, not the presentation

Teams choose how to present: a slide presentation, or an exhibition-style display. Both are equally valid, and the format or polish of the presentation does not affect the outcome.

The Founders Panel judges the business model:

  • Problem identification
  • Target market
  • Revenue model
  • Feasibility of the solution
  • Understanding and communication

No professional products or costly stands are needed. Finalists present in front of other schools, families and guests, and every team receives feedback.
